Common questions about booking and visiting

How soon can I get an appointment?

Most appointments are available within 24-48 hours. Emergency cases are seen immediately. Specialist appointments may take 3-5 days depending on availability.

What if I need to reschedule?

You can reschedule your appointment by calling our appointment desk at least 2 hours before your scheduled time. There is no charge for rescheduling.

Do you accept walk-in patients?

Yes, we accept walk-in patients, but priority is given to those with appointments. Wait times may be longer for walk-in consultations.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, mobile money, credit/debit cards, and most major insurance providers including NHIS, Ghana Insurance, and Enterprise Insurance.

Can I book for family members?

Yes, you can book appointments for family members. Please ensure you have their correct personal and medical information when booking.

What if I'm running late?

Please call us if you're running late. We'll try to accommodate you, but appointments may be rescheduled if you're more than 15 minutes late.
